Today I am taking a little deviation off-topic to ask how everyone is mentally? Are you reading and/or sewing/knitting/weaving like mad? Or is the pandemic news just too distracting to concentrate?
I know I have been spending way too much time on social media. (Today I veered onto Wikipedia and found an amazing amount of information about mantuas, the over-dress popular in Mary Lincoln’s time. I recommend that read.) After seeing the voluminous stylings I can understand how the ladies needed someone to dress them.
