I'd like one character to a thread, actually.

Oh, but I feel that is a bit troublesome.

I do not. It is easier to me and likely others to find one than sift through a whole thread.

But generally people don't make more than six characters so there wouldn't be enough thread to scroll through for it to be a problem

Please, just put them in separate threads. I find it neater.

Where are unique powers found? Or do we make up our own?

You make up your own. There are some restrictions I haven't mentioned, and I'll talk about then when certain powers are wanted to be claimed.

Are witch twins viable? (I was planning to do female-male)

Yes, but the male might not be as magically adept.

Yes and yes, roughly mid twenties or mid thirties.

Well, you can go ahead and start now. I've approved a few characters, and none of them except Malestrazza has posted in roleplay topics. I'm certain he wouldn't mind if you posted in one of those threads he did.
