I've just finished Lolly Willowes; The Corner That Held Them looks interesting. Does anyone want to read a subversive book about nuns, set in the 14th century? ;)

I have Lolly and Summer Will Show, but I haven't read either yet!

Loved Lolly Willowes. I'm hoping to read her letters, and The Corner sounds great -- will track down a copy now.

I think we said we wanted to read her letters sometime. I'm going to read two more of her books for The Virago Project.
