Crazy for books and... DUCKS!!!!!!!!!! discussion

I didn't really liked :
Harry Potter : it was nice but as so many peeps say so many good things about this book I though it would be better...

Hunger games: the start was soo slow and I couldn't get into the story so I didn't read the whole book, but the movies were great, very assassin ...

The fault is in ours stars: it was nice, but not a reason to change my life... It isn't the best book ever ... So I think the only reason for I don't LOVE this book is that everybody said so many for so little ...

The Blood of Olympus and Chasing Redbird. GOD i hated those!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

U didn't like the blood of Olympus ?!?!?! God!!! I haven't read it yet( actually I'm angry with rick because he didn't let us know the pov from annabeth or Percy in the book...)

yeah. I was super depressed when I finished it. It felt very rushed and incomplete. I was sad :(

I thought the Fault in Our Stars was awful, honestly it was okay, but I almost hated it because I've read and watched SO many better cancer stories (fiction and nonfiction) and yet this on gets all the hype D:<

I am Number Four- bland characters, bland story line, poor writing, bad execution, cheesy

TFIOS- nothing really that special...seemed kinda forced (especially the dialogue. What living teenager speaks like that?)

I gotcha, if it was the first one you ever read/saw well it was probably pretty good, but literally about 40% of the movies I have ever watched had or revolved around some kind of cancer/death story, and they were all far better than TFIOS. I personally recommend My Sister's Keeper, The Bucket List, and Fried Green Tomatoes.

Wow...I heard so many great things about ruby red, I think ur the first one that said it was bad!

I really liked the first hunger games, but it all fell down on the second book. I couldn't finish it, it was just... awful? I don't know, the story was all over the shop. I think the plot line could be a bit more tidy, but it was a good first book.

I couldn't read the hunger games, the start was kinda slow...And when I started reading I wasn't really in mood to read it soooo I've never picked it up again...

its kinda weird I heard soooo many peeps saying this was the best book of the series and so many said that it was the worst..

I think the second one was the best.

Eh, I'm not into many young adult books like the hunger games. :p
