It was about a guy who wrote some novel that was basically Kafka's Metamorphasis except the main character turned into a giant penis, and he got super famous and ends up killing his therapist or she was his editor, I don't really remember which but there WAS a therapist who was always given flowers by someone.... all I really can remember clearly is at one point he fucks a girl and cums on her chest and it burns her and she posts online about it with a picture...
