The spring revel is a tradition that has always been and likely will always be. How many of the fair folk say that don't enjoy the pure and utter debauchery a revel offers. The chance to let their magic run wild again, to not fear the consequence of their prince. For on the spring equinox the Spring Prince turns a blind eye to his people for a week. He allows them to live as free and as wild as they choose. The gates of his court open to any and all who wish to brave the dangers of unchecked spring. The revel is held in a old oak wood forest filled with the oldest and strongest magic of spring, the very heart of it. Some say that they have seen the massive oak-wood at its center pulse like a heart. Fae and glamoured mortals dance for an entire week beneath the green leaves of the forest as haunting music floats on the breeze. Though mortals should be careful of this place especially on this day. For once you start to dance you may not stop.
