Just wanted to let everyone know...that if you haven't gotten your copy of the first book up for discussion (or want to wait until we discuss the second book!)...Borders has a 30% off one book coupon (have to be signed up to their mailing list and be a borders member..free!).

I just got the email today and am going to pick up Never Cry Werewolf, and Covet.

Unfortunetly I couldn't use my 30% off coupon, because my Borders doesn't cary Never Cry Werewolf. I was disappointed, but the store owner there did invite me to interview authors and review books through them! I may be doing podcasts and author interviews over the phone soon, so it will be really cool.

I also found out that Beth Fantaskey, author of Jessica's Guide to Dating on the Dark Side lives a few miles away from me! He's trying to set up an interview with her (in person!), so I may have a chance to do that as well..SO FUN!

I'll keep you guys posted :)

This is my first time being in a "book club" so I'll need just a little guidance. I believe y'all are reading Never Cry Werewolf...is that right? And y'all are going to read Covet next? When would I need to read Covet by to participate?

BookVixen - It doesn't say on the site when the review deadline is...but you can sign up for the next book by September 29th! I think it may be mid October for review posts, but I can't remember if I read that somewhere or not...so don't hold me to it, lol.

Shoot, I'm getting nervous. I was sure my book would have been here by now. I had ordered from them before, but for some reason Covet is coming on the back of a snail... for real! :P I just don't want to disappoint since I signed up. I did, however already order the next book so it shouldn't be late (but don't quote me and keep those fingers crossed for that one too! lol).

My copy arrived last week, and I've started it tonight. It did take quite awhile. I think its because so many people were ordering it. I ordered Intertwined from them last week...so hopefully it will be here in time. As soon as we find out the next book, I'm going to order that one too, that way it can be here in time.

Sorry about how slow they are going. I didn't realize it was going to take so long..so I feel bad that your books arent there yet, since I told you where to shop :(

Don't feel bad. I just don't want to sign up for something I can't finish. The price was amazing. :) It was my fault for not finding out what the book was earlier, but I just didn't have the brainage at the time. I just hope I'm not penalized if I can't complete this one. :eeek:
