What did you all think of chapter 2?! I don't know about you, but I found this chapter to be super relatable. Once you're finished with school and off in the world adulting, it can be really hard (for some of us, especially those who have worked from home for many years) to make new friends. Awkward friend dates anyone? Toss in a sprinkle of social anxiety and, well, this chapter had me chuckling — especially the section on "How to cancel plans last minute without being an asshole." I love the author's honesty in admitting that (a lot of the time) she just wants to chill at home, and that a "great social life" is going to look different for everyone. Would love to hear your thoughts.
