What about a drm-free epub??? I'd love to buy it, but I won't buy at Amazon, B&N, Kobo and other stores that force DRM on ebooks.

Amazon doesn't force DRM on books published through their Kindle Desktop Publishing platform - the author has the option to choose whether or not to use DRM.

Yet they choose en masse to use it. Plus they sell in their own nonstandard format, crippling the whole ebook market. No matter what you say won't change my mind on Amazon. I'd rather not read this book, if there's no other, freedom respecting option.

This is kinda sad. Having to tell cyberpunk literature authors about technology freedom and not being tied to a single corporation.
