Play Book Tag discussion

Bernie is hired to be a bodyguard for a prize-winning dog that has received death threats. He thinks it will be a walk in the park, but Chet gets them fired almost immediately. However, right after that, both dog and owner are kidnapped, so Bernie manages to get back on the case by dealing with the husband.

Another enjoyable mystery narrated by the lovable dog Chet, and not as eye-rolling as the first book. Lots of twists and turns and a predictably satisfying ending. My rating is 3.5 stars, rounded up to 4.
