Alright well we're here." He said looking at the lake her clothes lying by the side of it.

message 3: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Jess nodded and managed to pull herself out of his arms. She went towards the water and got her cloths. She got dressed and sighed.

message 4: by [deleted user] (new)

"Leg hurting more now? He asked.

message 5: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) She nodded, "yes," she limped back over to him, "we should look for something to help with the pain."

message 6: by [deleted user] (new)

"I'll go look, you should rest." He told her.

message 7: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Jess nodded and sat on a mossy bolder, "agreed."

message 8: by [deleted user] (new)

He nodded and walked off returning a while later carrying a multitude of plants and roots.

message 9: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) She looked at him and smiled, "did you just pick a bunch of random plants?"

message 10: by [deleted user] (new)

"No actually, I do know what most these can be used for." He said. "For example Kochila can be used to clean wounds and treat fevers." He said holding up one of the plants.

message 11: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Jess nodded, "I don't think I have a fever, but thank you," she had to take her pants off again so they could get to the bite mark.

message 12: by [deleted user] (last edited Dec 31, 2014 12:27PM) (new)

He unwrapped the thin bandage that was covering the wound and looked at it, it was still relatively clean. He took and few different leaves and started to take the oils from the leaves into a small makeshift bowl.

message 13: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) She watched him curiously, "where'd you learn to do that?"

message 14: by [deleted user] (new)

"My parent gave me a few tips before there demise." He told her.

message 15: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) "Were they doctors?" She asked, watching his hands as he did everything.

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

"No they did labour but my mother learn quite a few things from her parents both of which were doctors and she passed that information down to me. He said now pour the mixture onto the bite. "This will take away the pain for a bit and help keep it clean."

message 17: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) She hissed, "it stings," her leg pusses a bit. Jess bit her lip.

message 18: by [deleted user] (new)

"It will, but in the end it works." He said bandaging up her leg again.

message 19: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Jess nodded and waited until the stinging subsided before putting her pants back on, "thank you."

message 20: by [deleted user] (new)

"No problem." He said.

message 21: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) She stood slowly, "I guess we should head back... Huh?"

message 22: by [deleted user] (new)

"You feeling up to walking?" He asked.

message 23: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Jess hesitated, liking the thought of him carrying her, but nodded, "I can walk."

message 24: by [deleted user] (new)

"Are you sure you look like your about to collapse." He said looking at her.

message 25: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) She bit her lip and nodded, "can I lean on you?"

message 26: by [deleted user] (new)

"Go ahead." He said nodding.

message 27: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Jess wrapped an arm around his neck and leaned on him, "thanks."

message 28: by [deleted user] (new)

"No problem." He said starting to walk again.

message 29: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) She walked with him, trying her best to look natural,

message 30: by [deleted user] (new)

He stayed quiet and looked around.

message 31: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) ((Have you seen the 100?))

Jess did the same, after a bit she started to feel dizzy, "can we stop and sit for a sec?" She begged.

message 32: by [deleted user] (new)

((Yes I am up to date with the show, sadly haven't read to books though))

"Sure." He said setting her down.

message 33: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) ((Same. Should the mist thing come after them?))

Jess sat and took a deep breath. She closed her eyes, trying to relax herself.

message 34: by [deleted user] (new)

((Sure))

He looked at her stayed silent now.

message 35: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) After a few seconds, she opened her eyes, "okay, I'm good now," she looked ahead of them and frowned at the yellowish gas, "what's that?"

message 36: by [deleted user] (new)

"I don't know." He said looking at it realizing how quickly it was advancing he picked her up and started running away from it.

message 37: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Jess gasped and hugged his neck, looking behind him, "w-we need to hide," she whispered, watching it fallow them.

message 38: by [deleted user] (new)

He looked around finding a handle sticking out of the ground he set her down and grabbed it trying to open it, he tried again and it flung open he grabbed her and lowered her inside soon coming after her he dropped down and closed it in time as the fog went harmlessly over them.

message 39: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Jess panted, even though she hadn't done anything, "do you think it was dangerous?"

message 40: by [deleted user] (new)

"I'm not taking the risk if it is." He said.

message 41: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) She nodded before looking around, squinting in attempt to see, "where are we?"

message 42: by [deleted user] (new)

"I think it's an old automobile." He said trying to see through the darkness.

message 43: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Jess nibbled her dry lip, "how long do you think we'll be stuck here? All night?"

message 44: by [deleted user] (new)

"Maybe so." He said looking at her. "Maybe longer."

message 45: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) She nodded slightly and wiggled around in attempt to get comfortable, "just perfect," she mumbled.

message 46: by [deleted user] (new)

"Guess it's now just a waiting game." He said leaning against the wall.

message 47: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Jess rested her head back and sighed, "I guess so..." She glanced at him, "we could play twenty questions to pass the time?" She offered.

message 48: by [deleted user] (new)

"Might as well." He said nodding.

message 49: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Duivenvoorde (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) "After you," she gestured a hand at him.

message 50: by [deleted user] (last edited Dec 31, 2014 02:42PM) (new)
