This is wonderful. Thank you Sara. Hadn’t heard of this resource until now. Some of my favorites are out of copyright. Several places I get downloadable books are Librivox, overdrive app using my library card for online borrowing or ebooks and audio, Libby app - haven’t used this yet although have it which works similar to the overdrive app, an audible membership gets me books I’m not able to find at the library plus discounts and gives away two free books monthly, Amazon prime membership includes borrowing books for free, and now I use the Speechify app to help me consume when I’m not able to visually read can scan chapters to convert to voice.
Hope this is helpful.
Kind regards,
Patience Phillips 😁

Thank you for sharing this, Patience! I definitely was unfamiliar with Speechify, that's a pretty cool tool. Libby is my go-to!

Hope everyone is hanging in there. I wanted to let you know about a really great resource for eBooks (where you will also find A Room with a View): Project Gutenberg. There are more than 60,000 books on there whose U.S. copyright has expired. It's free! You can download books onto your e-reader or you can read them online.
Happy reading,
Sara
