It was so popular so we are doing it again for 2015!

                      The Extension "Gift Card" for NBRC Challenges ~ 2015!

                                                            

How it Works
1. Each member has three (3) gift cards.

2. Each gift card can extend one challenge for an additional month.

3. You can use more than one gift card per challenge. For example: Baby, It's cold outside! December ends on December 31st but I think I'm going to need more time. I decide to use 2 gift cards. Now I have until February 28, 2015 to finish this challenge.

4. Gift cards can be used on challenges that have already passed. For example: I didn't finish reading 'Scorpio' in the Sign of the Times Reading Challenge . I don't want to wait until October 24, 2015 to complete the word. So I use one gift card to reopen the challenge and read 'Scorpio' in one month.

5. All gift cards expire on May 31, 2015. So use them before then. Please note: If you decide to use them on a Yearly Challenge, that has a monthly challenge milestone (for example, All About You or A Sign of the Times ) this will allow you to skip a month, which could possibly extend the challenge past May 31th.

6. If you decide to take advantage of our gift card offer, please paste a picture on the challenge for which you are using it. Copy the html code below, and paste somewhere near the top of your challenge. You may also find the html code here (Photobucket).

Fabulous! Can I use them straight away? I have one challenge which is going to finish tomorrow but I am not going to get it done in time...

So, do these cards need to be used only on challenges that end by May, 31st 2015?

No. You need to use cards till May 31st. You can use them for any challenge you want.
You can use them even for yearly challenges giving yourself another month for them.

Of course since gift cards expire in the middle of the year, you can't use them for challenges that start after May 31. But since few Mods have birthdays in second part of the year, we were known to give you 'birthday gifts'. ☺

Using 1 for Who Do You Love B.I.N.G.O.

Using 3 for March's Going Green Reading Challenge since I don't believe I'm going to finish in time. I can't believe I didnt get through this but I'm going to extend it again! I really want to finish! :)

I'm going to use all my gift cards for the Saving Easter Quest. If that's ok?

I have two Gift Card remaining - I'm going to use them both on The Quest to Save Easter.

I was wondering if I could use all my 3 gifts cards for The Quest to Save Easter as well and also if I can backdate all my April and May readings in case I joined. Thank you in advance :)

want to use gift cards to complete quest to save easter.

I'd like to use my last two: One for the Tavern Delicacy Quest in the Novel Role Playing Game, and one for the Quest to Save Easter.

The time for using the “NBRC Extension Gift Cards” for 2015 has ended at the end of May. Luckily, our Mods, Sonia and Amanda, have birthdays in June and July.

As their birthday give to you, they each offer you an “Extension Gift Card.” These two cards will be good until the end August, 2015.
