1) Srujan Patil- maintenance of all the folders and discussion from organizing to making them🗂️🗂️

2)BookNerd- Making Polls and in charge of BOTM📖🔖

3)Stormborn- The Music section. All the music section activities and discussion will be conducted by her🎵🎧🎶

4)Erin - The Buddy Read section!!👫👭👬

5)The Reading Queen- Maintenance of the group and Buddy Read. She would act as a helping hand🗂️👫👬

6)Izzy light wood- The movies section. She would conduct all the activities and discussion related to it

Any queries or problems regarding any discussion or section or activity you can ask the respective moderator

It is a request to all of you to you to post on the books, social issues, movies and other sections rather than posting on the chats section continuously. It is been observed that the members are posting a lot on the Chat section with many personal talks. The posts are are increasing on the chats section rather than your entries for May BOTM Suggestions and Twin reading sign up.
I request you to keep the Chats topic as an optional section and other topics as athe main focus of the book club.
If I would have hurt anyone's feelings, I am very sorry for it.

I got this idea from the Emma Watson's Our Shared Shelf. So I thought to implement this idea in our group! The idea is that we are going to have monthly"MODERATORS PICKS". As you know that we have BOTM but from next month along with the BOTM each moderators will pick a few books that the whole group has to read and discuss in the"MODERATOR'S PICKS"folder. I hope you all like this idea.

This suggestion I got from one of the members of the group and found it very interesting!!
So basically we will first have a reading list where you can post your tbr's, currently readings, monthly reads and etc. The books we find popular among you and many people want to read. We will then create a poll for it. No, this is not a BOTM! The book that wins will be the topic for our intellectual debate. We will start a Discussion Leader sign up immidieatly. The discussion leader should have the book in it's reading list. The discussion leader should create a discussion board for the debate after he completes the book!
The only thing we want is your active participation and support.

We are very happy to share with you that our book club is collaborating with Henry Holt and co. which is a branch of the Macmillan Publishers for the month of December!
They will be providing the interested members e-copies of The Eighth Detective and The Last Book Party through emails.

Heyo Flashlight Readers!!
I know I have not been active in the club activities for a long time, because I was preparing for my exams that are now cancelled😑😑. Let’s not talk bout it cause it’s a sad story.
So here is the important thing, Flashlight Readers has turned 1 today!!!!!!! I am so happy!! It was all because of you guys that the group turned out so awesome. It has been such an amazing journey so far and I hope that it continues for a long time. Also, a huge shout out to our other mods- Bailey, Amanda and Lacey!! It was because you three that I could handle this group or else my very lazy self could never do it.
We had fun last year with all the reading challenges, group reads and the author appearance. I would love to communicate and connect more with you guys!!
