This one's a little complicated, but I found the recipe for IKEA's meatballs.MEATBALLS:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic (minced or crushed)
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
5 tablespoons whole milk
Salt and pepper to taste
CREAM SAUCE
Dash of oil
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons plain flour
2/3 cup vegetable stock
2/3 cup beef stock
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the beef and pork and mix thoroughly to break up any lumps. Add the finely chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, and mix. Add milk and season well with salt and pepper.
2. Shape mixture into small, round balls. Place on a clean plate, cover and store in the fridge for 2 hours (this helps them hold their shape while cooking).
3. In a frying pan, heat oil on medium heat. When hot, gently add your meatballs and brown on all sides.
4. When browned, add to an ovenproof dish and cover. Place in a hot oven (325 degrees F) and cook for a further 30 minutes.
5. Begin making the cream sauce: In frying pan, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and continue cooking, stirring continuously, for 2 minutes, allowing the flour to cook through. Add the vegetable stock and beef stock and continue to stir. Add the thick double cream, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Bring to a simmer and allow the sauce to thicken. Continue to stir.
6. When ready to eat, serve with your favorite potatoes – either creamy mashed potatoes or mini new boiled potatoes. Enjoy!
I made up this Deviled Egg recipe I like using for appetizers when I have company. Not sure if its already been done but this is the result of experimenting one fine day.4 hardboiled eggs

1/2 tsp Paprika
1tsp Sriracha
1Tbsp Soy Sauce

2ish Tbsp Mustard
whisk together the filling and pipe into the egg whites. Top it off with a dot of sriracha and a sprinkle of paprika and voila!

2 slices of sourdough bread
1 can of tuna (any kind is fine)--mayonnaise, onions, hints of garlic
Sharp cheddar cheese slice
Mix tuna and mayonnaise along with onions and garlic. Place tuna in between bread to make a sandwich. Grilled on stove until both sides are golden.
