I feel it's the people who aren't careful, even though provisions should be bought and stuff,I don't think social distancing is maintained, like I saw a pic of a police officer handing out food with out gloves...what's your thought srujan

Same here. In Maharashtra people aren't understanding the meaning of word''SOCIAL DISTANCING''.They are carelessly moving on roads and crowding for buying vegetables as if they are gonna die.

Honestly, I feel this is going to continue for a long time. Ever heard the saying " Nature never forgets to balance itself". Considering all the things we do to the earth, maybe this is just nature's way of balancing itself. (read: take revenge on humans)

Morgan Howell (momo18) I live in North Carolina and in Raleigh they had a protest about the stay at home order. Hundreds of people came with signs and speakerphones to protest about the fact that the government should not be able to close all of the businesses down and that they should all be reopened. I don’t think that would be the best option considering the fact that in my state our confirmed cases are still rising and opening back businesses will only make this worse. I try to understand them from their point of view obviously the people who are protesting have no income and they are struggling to get by I feel for them. It’s just that we all know that if all of the quarantine and all of the stay at home orders ended today there would be so many new cases that we would run out of medicines ventilators and masks. And that would make our situation even worse. I don’t know I just needed to say that and to say that we still need to continue to hold on.

Amanda Artist Cat (amandawholovesbooks) I live in an island in East Asia very close to China, where it all started, but fortunately our government managed to keep it under control, so I am extremely thankful :)
However, some people aren't handling it well and panicked. Rumors are flying all over the place and the supermarkets are bursting with people stocking their shelves with (utterly unnecessary) rations.
Not to mention we're all bored to death indoors!!!

Danielle's Books (daniellesbooks) Just my personal opinion, but I am quite enraged at how people are treating this situation. There are so many people who are not taking this seriously. My mom works in a grocery store and people are literally bringing their entire families shopping, and there are even older people going shopping too. Not to even mention the fact that we live in Louisiana, one of the states with the most COVID cases. Then you have people gathering in large crowds to protest the stay at home order. Then on top of that there are people blaming China for all of this and coming up with conspiracy theories such as this being all their fault. Honestly this is no one's fault. If it is anyone's fault it is our own for not taking this seriously. If people would adhere to the social distancing protocols this probably would not be as severe as it already is.

Yes, you're right, Danielle! If we don't take care of ourselves, this wouldn't get better no matter who we shove the blame on.

That's okay, I rant all the time too (at least until someone murders me), and I agree. I don't know enough about Trump to criticize without making a mess of it, but I'm not a fan of his methods. And I strongly object to his racist ways.

Really? Just Raleigh, or Cary, Apex, Morrisville, and Chapel Hill too? I really didn't think this would happen there... (I lived in Cary last year.)
