COVID-19 Read-A-Thon discussion

Hi everyone!
I just finished Defy Me by Tahereh Mafi. It was pretty good judged as a stand alone, but sadly I'm not the biggest fan of the series- I personally find it way too long. I know book 6 just came out and I'm gonna pick it up, but I'll bee very disappointed if it turns out it could have been one book with the 5th one. You guys get what I mean, right?

How are all your book goals going? Are you satisfied? Have you read the Shatter Me series? What are your opinions?

I am hearing so much about the Shatter Me series, I need to check it out! Reading is going great, need to catch up on the other stuff! Great to see you!

Ya i heard so much about it, i want to pick it up eventually. Just finished Red Queen, can't wait to read the rest of the series.

Sorry, I'm late. The weather is brilliant here in Germany, so I was offline for a couple of days.
Currently I'm reading the Little House series. Although it is meant for children, I really enjoy it. It puts Corona troubles in perspektive :)

I haven't heard of the Shatter Me series but I will check it out.

I've always wanted to travel to Germany, I plan on studying abroad there when I'm in college!

My daughter went there after high school graduation, all of Europe. I said do it now or never!

Just hoping I get to go to campus in the fall haha

RIGHT? Over here, protocols are already in place to continue online education, just in case...

I don't want to be pessimistic or anything but I feel like this is going to go into the summer and fall. Once people start going out again everything is gunna be spread around again.

I know I'm super late but it's been nice so I've been out working my dog a lot. But joining in the conversation I've always wanted to travel to Germany it sounds like so much fun to see something outside of the states.
