The (Private) Book Geeks discussion

Hello guys! I have thought long and hard about this, but I'm thinking I'd like a crew to help me work this group. I am in need of two mods. I need one to organize the discussions and help me think of challenges every month. The second mod will help by helping me with buddy reads and helping me work this group. Anyone can try. Below are what I would like in your....paragraph:
-Why would you like to be a mod?
-What skills do you bring to help me and your fellow members?
-How active are you on Goodreads?
-Are you kind and respectful of people?
-And do you participate in group discussions?

The last two are important. I would like someone who isn't just talented and has good reasons for helping me, but I'd like to see someone who is not into shaming people, and if they are always commenting on group discussions. Hi! I’d like to be a moderator because I think it would be a fun experience and I’d like to be more engaged in the book community. I also think it would be nice to help put on challenges and help you out with other things. Skills wise I’m very punctual and organized. I really like creating schedules and sticking to them, and making sure I get everything done. I’ve been active on goodreads, but recently I’ve been very VERY active since I’m constantly at home and have nothing to do. I check goodreads probably every 10 minutes or so, constantly looking for new books and friends with similar interests. I’m respectful to anyone I meet online and in person. I’m really good at listening to people and fulfilling their needs to the best of my ability. I try to participate in group conversations as often as I can. I’ve only recently joined groups, but I hope to participate in groups more often. I really hope you see me as a qualifying candidate for this job as I would be very excited to have this opportunity. 🌻
