"I don't relish crying over a book, but I'll say this: it's not easy to earn a reader's tears - and if an author writes well enough to earn mine, I'm in."

When was the last time you cried over a book? Perhaps it was a new read with an ending so beautiful tears were the only option. Perhaps you became so invested in the characters' stories that saying goodbye was a sorrowful affair. Perhaps the story took such a shocking turn that you felt as though you were living alongside the characters in their grief. Or perhaps, it was a book you've read countless times that never ceases to bring tears to your eyes. Whatever it was, we know the power of a great story, and we know that a great story sometimes leads to tears.

Share with us a book that made (or always makes) you cry. What is it that captures your emotions? Do you agree that the author earned your tears? Grab your tea cup and let's chat!
