Mount TBR 2015 discussion

This year I'm going to start at the bottom and work my way up one mountain at a time.

I have named this year the 'Year Of The Trilogy' and so I start my climb with the 1st book of a Trilogy!

January

01 - Brethren: An Epic Adventure of the Knights Templar by Robyn Young
02 - Crusade by Robyn Young
03 - Requiem: The Fall of the Templars by Robyn Young

This was a great series! Was centred mostly around the reign of Edward I and Phillipe 'The Fair' King of France and their ongoing battle for power, Edward over Scotland and Phillipe over the Templars.

04 - The Red Death by David Pilling
05 - Siege of Rome by David Pilling
06 - Flame of the West by David Pilling

Interesting series ... Grandson of King Arthur's viewpoint on the wars he fought with General Belarius. Set during the rule of Justinian

07 - Royal Murder by Marc Alexander

Royals can murder the same as the populace but sometimes most horribly and without consequences.


Well just over half way for January .... not too bad.

Hi Stephanie ... I loved the books, but then I like anything Tudorish ... These are about Richard III. I always see him in a new light when I read things about him - in some books he's portrayed as the bad guy and in others I feel sorry for the way he's been treated.

012 - A Mixture of Madness by Andrew Levkoff

Finally made it! Had to get them to put in an escalator for the last few feet though. Let's see if I can get up a faster pace to complete the next level ..... Goodbye Pike's Peak - Hello Mount Blanc
