I don’t know about you all, but this book was absolutely amazing. So beautifully written and such a captivating story line!
Oh I loved this book so, so much. I thought Ana's character was so strong and progressive, and it made me wonder about how all the women like her in that time period actually survived because I would go nuts being treated like that just because I'm a woman.

Can you even imagine? That was the most heartbreaking story.
You are SO RIGHT. She was so awesome and devoted, and my heart just broke for her again and again.
Looks like I need to move this book up in my reading stack....sigh!
I enjoyed this book although it took me longer to finish than usual. I appreciate the author's storytelling and ability to look back and question the history we have been taught. In today's world, we need more people that think outside the box and make us question things.
