Who else in on a reading kick with all this extra time? And, if you are (like me) what is the best random book you have picked up and read! Are you speeding through your goal for 2020? Any books you decided to re-read to keep spirits up?

I currently am reading a series I found randomly through my library, and then decided to finally finish the Selection series. I stopped after book 3, since it worked to stop there, but now I am going to give books 4 and 5 a go!

Jeannie I think this will be a good time to finish the 5 book Ripliad of Patricia Highsmith...I’ve read the first 3 (book one: The Talented Mr Ripley multiple times). I have no excuse it’s time to read the final 2!

Anna Lewis | 11 comments I just finished reading the Throne of Glass series. It's 8 books. If you do read it I suggest starting with the prequel, so you won't be confused. The prequel is called Assassin's blade. This series is about an Assassin who is trying to win her freedom, and she gets caught up in a rebellion. If you like magic, battles, strong female and male characters, a little romance, and amazing adventures then this is a must read series!! Yes, the first book is not the best one, but once you get into the second and third book you are hooked.

I'll have to look that one up.

I spent all last night and so far today listening to the audio books for the final two books in the selection series. I read the others years ago, but waited to take on the new narrator and lead character until now and man....I may have loved these ones even more than the first!!! I literally was up until almost 4am, and then spend all day today listening, crying, and just LIVING for these books! haha

Tanya | 26 comments This past year has probably been the first year where I finished my 2020 Goodreads reading challenge.
I tried to give audiobooks a chance but I failed miserably ..it's like my train of thought just disappears like two minutes into a book.
I remember reading and enjoying the throne of Glass series even though that was years ago...I read six of crows and I loved all the characters..I mean who couldn't fall in love with Kaz!!..Lol..Imma gonna stop talking now...Happy Reading guys!
