The Narnia books. I have only read The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. Also, The BFG by Roald Dahl.
I would like to read some more Jacqueline Wilson books.
Skulduggery Pleasant (Skulduggery Pleasant, #1) https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... and maybe The False Prince (The Ascendance Trilogy #1) https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... :)
I would like to suggest a trilogy by Catherynne M. Valente, the first book is The Girl Who Soared Over Fairyland and Cut The Moon In Two.
The Spiderick Chronicles, The Mother Daughter book club series, Rump: The True Story of Rumpelstiltskin, and Kenny and the Dragon.
-spiderwick chronicles-leven thumps series https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
-septimus heap series https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/7...
-the one and only ivan (standalone) https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
i am new to reading middle grade so just about anything, but these jumped out at me while looking at my shelves
I like the idea if reading the Narnia books. How about the Seven Wonders books by Peter Lerangis? Stowaway too. I'm not sure if others will find it boring though.

It's very important to read those books in order too! I loved the first three books, and can't wait to read the rest of the series. Good choice!
