Crombie - funny side story . . . I have used the term Crombie for years as slang to mean something excessively weird. Some friends and I thought we had made up the word back in the 90s, but looks like Anthony had us by about 20 years!

That's hilarious! I have also stumbled upon slang I thought my family had made up, only to discover they had to have picked it up in their own youths from books, movies or television.

In this case, I am thinking it may be coincidence that it is the same word. I texted one of my friends a shot of a page with Crombie and he was quite amused.

HA! I have been there before!

Luckily with this one, I liked more than I didn't like. And, some of the situations that might normally make me not like a character made me just feel bad/sorry for them.
