What events occur that cause Katharine, Arsinoe, and Mirabella to be willing to kill each other? Do these events justify murder?

Michelle | 14 comments The bear attack motivates Mirabella to go against Arsinoe for she thinks Arsinoe sent the bear after her. Mirabella goes against Katharine because Katharine sends poisoned chocolates to her. Katharine comes back changed after the fall. She has one focus and that is the crown and she'll stop at nothing to get it. In their world and situation I think part of their attacks on each other is just out of self preservation more than cold blooded murder. Katharine might just be in it for bloodshed after her accident though.
