'The True Authorship of the New Testament' was written on a very scholarly level and was written to get essential information out to as many people as possible; therefore, it is also highly condensed (about 27 pages).
It is difficult to get the average layperson up to speed on a subject that is so complex; that is precisely the reason that others have not been able to understand this on the level of expert researchers such as Abelard Reuchlin and myself. It doesn't help that so many people think that things written so long ago can't be accurate or taken seriously.
However, our research shows that ancient writing was done virtually entirely by ancient royals; no matter how it may have been made to appear otherwise. Thus, in reality, ancient texts were "an inside job" and virtually pristine and exactly as written originally, IF one is using Primary Sources for their research.
That is why it is extremely important for researchers such as myself and Reuchlin to include references and bibliographical information. A "Primary Source" means using the earliest known &/or available texts in the original language, if and as often as possible. And favoring literal translations over "interpretations".
The layperson who has been used to "learning" about the subject of the creation of or beginnings of Christianity from such sources as books or movies like 'Holy Blood, Holy Grail' or 'National Treasure' may have gotten used to the idea of simply being "entertained" on a more simple-minded level.
There IS great entertainment in this study, but YOU are the one who finds it all out first hand by doing the research and verification yourself. Remember the phrase, "Truth is stranger than fiction"? Guess what? It actually refers to this exact study!
Again, Reuchlin's book was written not to entertain, but to educate and inform, and to be a resource for serious scholarly researchers. Over the years, I have discovered many important things regarding this subject and have added much to the research of this subject. I wrote the following article to help people get an overview of much of this in a chronological order.
