Charlotte strolls up to her new dorm room, and sees a sign on the door that says a girl named Chloe will be her roommate.
She grins and walks in, placing her bags on the floor next to her bed. The room is empty.
She starts hanging pictures, putting books on the shelves, and arranging her side, while Lucy races around the room sniffing everything in sight.

Charlotte decides to go explore and look for new friends. She changes quickly - https://i.pinimg.com/originals/37/7a/... - and walks out the door with Lucy running ahead of her.

Charlotte pulls open the door to her dorm. Lucy runs inside, panting, and lays down at the foot of Charlotte's bed quickly falling asleep.
Charlotte glances around the room and wonders where her roommate could be. She decides to take a quick nap while she waits.
She changes into her pajamas- https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/7... and flops down on her bed for a snooze.

Chloe meandered down the hallway to her room, reading the sign on the door once she reached it to see who her roommate would be this year. Charlotte... The name was unfamiliar to her, but she was surprised that the staff had not assigned her and the witch, Hunter, to room together again this year. Actually, she wasn't really all that astonished. She and the Huntress - while they had gotten along - had made for an exceedingly chaotic duo. The school had probably judged it best to separate the two to limit the number of dangerous stunts they routinely pulled. Ah, well. Chloe would have to do something about that, although coercing the Huntress on board might be a struggle in and of itself, depending on the Frenchwoman's mood.
She creaked the door open and saw a girl on one of the beds, presumably Charlotte. Quietly, she set her mini suitcase on her own side of the room and set about putting away her clothes and a few trinkets she couldn't bear to part with from home. "You're Charlotte, I presume?" She asked, directing the inquiry at the girl in the room.

Charlotte rolled over in bed, to face the girl who had spoken.
"Yep that's me," she said cheerfully. She yawned and stood up to stretch. "And you must be Chloe?"

"The one and only." Chloe answered, not able to help the mischievous smirk tugging up on one corner of her mouth. "Is this your first year at the academy?" The question flew from her lips before she could realize what she was saying. If she had properly thought it through, she would probably have said something a bit more sarcastic, but alas it was too late now. If only time manipulation was one of her powers...

Charlotte blushed. "Yeah I just arrived yesturday. How long have you been coming?" Charlotte sat back on her bed and crossed her legs.

"Too long, since last year." Chloe shrugged, leaning against the wall and one of the bed posts. "My brother won't let me leave at least until he graduates, so I'm stuck here until that happens." She rolled her eyes at the mention of her older brother, Rowan. A few times she definitely would have been lost without him, but he was still over-protective and hardly allowed her much fun. At least he would be graduating at the end of the year, and she would be free to depart with him. Whether she stayed with him or not would depend on Ajax's plans.

Charlotte lightly smiled, happy that her roommate was finally here. "It seems pretty cool here at least," Charlotte said to Chloe. She hopped down off the bed and began pacing around the room. "What are you the goddess of?"

Charlotte arrives back at the dorm. She walks in, and Lucy jumps off the bed, wagging her tail. "Hello Lucy!" she says quietly to the puppy. She bends down and pets her, then makes her way over to her area of the room.
Lucy wanders aimlessly around the room sniffing. Charlotte puts her book on the end table and changes into her PJs. She glances around the room and curls up in her bed to read before going to sleep.

Charlotte got out of bed, changed, and walked to the library with Lucy running ahead.

Charlotte strolled in, humming to herself. She hung her new dress in the closet, hugged Lucy, and walked back out the door.

Charlotte walked into her room. Lucy ran up, tail wagging. Charlotte picked her up and gave her a big hug, then walked over to her side of the room.
She sighed, wondering where her roommate was. She had only met the girl once, for a brief few minutes, and hadn't seen her since.

Charlotte changed into her dress and shoes, quickly did her hair, and made her way to the ballroom. She waved to Lucy on the way out and promised to take her out for some fresh air tomorrow.
