I've read it, and thoroughly enjoyed the first collection, was waiting on the second arc to come out in trade when the industry shut down. When it was announced Netflix was adapting it into a movie and cast Theron in the lead, I was very excited.
Movie vs comic. Spoilers for both. There's been some changes, including a name. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wxg-y...

I thought the comic was good but the movie is better. Rucka writing both is a nice change of pace. Writers don’t often get a second crack at their story like that.
Didn't read it but I LOVED the movie. I actually almost wish it was a TV show so we could really get into it all. For anyone paying attention to pharma scandals - anyone else see a reference to Martin Shkreli and Elizabeth Holmes in there... I was dying.
I really enjoyed it. I though the fight scenes were excellent. It was kinda thrilling to see the mixture of guns and medieval weapons. And they did a great job.
I really enjoyed The Old Guard. It kinda felt like a new version of Highlander. After watching it, I went and read the graphic novel on Hoopla. I was surprised by how close they stuck to the source material.
Also, stupid me didn't pay attention to actors... for the entire movie I thought Andy was Cate Beckinsale until I saw the credits and thought to myself "oh yeah, she didn't really look anything like Kate Beckinsale now that I think about it..."
