Woohoo, was wondering what to read after Cress, forgot this was winning in the poll. Great voting everybody.

Have you ever read 1984 ? I think you are supposed to read both these books and then compare them, different authors point of view of the future.

Started this today, liking it so far, a really dark view of the future.

I have noticed that Tinka gave it one star, so probe best that she is on holiday. hehe

It doesn't matter, they are two different versions of the future written at the same time...ish. 1984 was a fantastic book and so far brave new world is dark in other ways.

Read this one back in School and hated it lol
Maybe that was the 'you have to read it and write an exam effect' but I just couldn't get into the writing

I am half way now and loving it. The first couple of chapters were written oddly, it seems to jumps about a bit too much to follow, but since then it has been great. Very sinister topic.

Finished this, brilliant book, really well written and such a sinister view of the future. I do feel that we are heading towards this future which is pretty scary.

Anybody else going to give this book a go?

Jason people are always finding the future scarring, in my day it was nuclear war nowadays its global warming there is always something that scares people to death.

It's what sells the papers.

Oh man. This is one my least favourite books of all time. I REALLY had to force myself through it.
