He was a tall man, at least for a pygmy; towering above his fellows in a manner reminiscent of a daisy. The others loved him, always allowing him to go first whenever they were on one of their regular gruelling trips across the dangerous forest, always letting him lead them into battle; and, on one memorable occasion, letting him have the honour of fighting it all by himself. To be true, this last time made him doubt their love of him, but only very briefly.
