Historical Info for Historical Fiction Readers discussion

Hi Everybody!
I signed up for the Herding Cats Burning Soup's Historical Romance Challenge again. My goal is Level 4 which means reading 48 books for the year. That's wonderful, Debbie! I'll do that. It is fun to have reading challenge partners. Is it okay if I make mention of my Austenesque Lover's Reading Challenge group too? It's not limited to historical, but a person could read all historical if they wanted.

January's over? What happened there? It was a freezing cold month so I got in a lot of reading by the fire and enjoying a nice cup of candy cane cocoa. Here's what I finished toward the challenge this month:

I got caught up on one series and devoured a few extra JAFF/Austenesque besides my review commitments. It was great.

February went by fast, but I was able to read several good ones. Total: 25/60

How do you find all these books? Amazing!

Most are books that publishers and authors ask me to review and others are recommendations. I think I only found one of these on my own, haha!

Well, you are well established in the field. Very good!

March was a great reading month and I had a good time exploring some new to me authors as well as some old favorites.

Happy Summer, everybody! It has been hot and the mosquitos are awful so my second favorite past time of gardening has really suffered these last few weeks.

Anyhoo, here's what I got read for June:
