Some good titles there...have read The Secret Life of Bees, good read, hope you enjoy it...and good luck with the challenge

So I am behind in this challenge already! The two books I have read I enjoyed - although I preferred A Patchwork Marriage to The Legacy. However, the next two books I have picked up I have quickly put back down again as they haven't caught my attention at all. They are Dodger by Terry Pratchett and The Secret Scripture by Sebastian Barry. I am hoping to get back to them at some point this year...Hopefully the next book from this list that I attempt I will actually enjoy!

I'm one book behind Katie...I haven't managed to get the full amount yet either.

I am really behind in this challenge! Only three books read (I have read 22 books this year, just not many off this list!) The third book I finished was The Fountain by Mary Nichols. I won't say much, just that I didn't enjoy it much.

I hope you'll be able to put on a burst of speed for the rest of the year!

I have read another off this list, yay! I have finished The Glassblower of Murano. It wasn't what I expected and not the best book I have read this year, but I did enjoy it.

So that is 4 down, 20 to go...and I have my second child in 12 weeks...this challenge may not be finished!

You will have the perfect excuse not to finish it... lol.

Very different books, although death seems to feature a lot in both of them. I enjoyed them both, rated them both 3 out of 5.
