This club is only for short story contests and Roleplays. You can ask for a roleplay topic if you want.
If you want a group to share your writing I have two more:

No, just don't make it over the GR letter/character comment count. And unless your paragraphs are really long, do more than five or six paragraphs!

Well, the poll for this contests winner is up. But the next contests poll could start when it ends if you want to another contest?

I would rather to start a new one. I'm in Junior High right now so I have time to write something after school.
I'm so sorry. I haven't been active on this group at all. School started, and I've been super busy, but I'm here now! :)
Ugh, I hate smoke. Here's hoping things clear up for you soon! Have you tried the rubber duck method?
I think people ususally use it for trying to solve a problem rather than writing, but I think it works for both. I'll describe it from the writing perspective.Basically, you explain what you're writing about to a rubber duck. What the characters want, where the plot is going, but overall, the parts you're stuck at. Say you don't know what to write next, but you know where you want the story to go, you explain to the rubber duck all of that. You can tell it about what happened, what that's going to make happen, where you need the story to go and ideas for how to get there, etc. The point of it is that by explaining the problem to someone (or something) else, you come to understand it better yourself.
That. Is. Amazing. In addition to that amazingness: Have you heard the Rubber Duck song by Voice Male?
Hi guys, I feel like I couldn't cope with everything now and I have to leave some of the groups I'm not that active in, I'm sorry. I hope I'll have the chance to be back when I get a hold on my schedule and my life. I'll miss y'all, bye and good luck

Awww! We'll miss you, Rose, but I totally understand. I did the same in August. I hope you can come back someday, too!

You may or may not have seen those posts and the update I left. I've just been leaving all my groups and de friending, etcetera. I'd like you to know it's nothing personal. I'm only keeping those whom I know in RL as friends.
But that is beside the point! I'll be keeping two groups and this is one of them. The reason is it helps me practice my writing, which is good for me, so... yeh!

XD
No, I'll keep just two groups. Just having 20 with work and school and having gr take priority... it was a lot... sigh!

It took a while for me to convince myself that I didn't have obligations to the groups, which was why I would stay. I'd think "I created the group" or "I'm rping in the group" or "But I'm a mod"
Once I let go of that, I realized that it shouldn't matter to me whether it lives or dies any more than my grades or my passions or everything else in my life.

I’m so sorry!! I wanted to send in a submission, but my hubs and I ended up buying a house. So now we’re knee deep in renovations and trying to pack our current house up. I’ll hopefully be able to submit for the next contest.

No worries! Congrats on the house! We got more entries this week than ever before, so that is an improvement in itself! I hope to see an entry of yours soon, I'd love to see your writing!
