welcome to clifton park's local hospital.

"oh man did anyone get the number of the bus that hit me said a young blond girl as she came to in the hospital bed that she was laying in.
(how about your character was already up and she dose not know it this was her friend , seeing as she was a he before the accident))

Kira glances up at the girl, raising an eyebrow. "What are you going on about?" Kira asked, eyeing her. From what she'd heard, the people in the accident each had powers.

((Yeah, that sounds logical to me.))

the girl sat up and opened her eyes and turned to look at her "Kira, what happened, man i feel odd and my voice" she said

Kira blinks, taken aback by this stranger knowing who she was and talking to her like she expected her to know who she was. "How do you know who I am?" She asks flatly.

"what do you mean Kira, we have been friends ever since you moved up here, did you really hit your head that hard" she said putting a hand to her chest only for her eyes to go wide as she felt her hand land on one of her breasts. she looked down then back to Kira and her right eye started to twitch just like Brian's did from time to time, that and she had the same eye color.

Kira looked at her, sure that she'd seen her somewhere. If only she could remember where. Then it hit her. But it couldn't be... Could it? "Brian?" She asked slowly.

"i..i Kira what in the world happened to me i have breasts and my voice" brian said hyperventilating.

"Hey, hey, calm down." Kira says quickly. "Some of us underwent physical changes. You just seemed to have the most... Extreme change."

brian tried to calm down by taking deep breaths. "do they at least know what happened?" she asked then he blinked looking right in to her eyes "um your eyes are yellow" she said

"My eyes?" Kira's hand flies involintarily to her eyes, and she flinched slightly as she managed to poke her eye. Then she pulls her hand back down. "That must be one of my physical changes. It was a chemical accident." She informs him.

brian was about to say something when a doctor and nurse walked in. the doctor was looking over a file as he walked over to Kira's bed. "good Morning Miss lake how are you feeling?" he asked

Kira smiled up at the doctor and said, "I feel fine." Kira drew her legs up to her chest, wrapping her arms around her knees.

The nurse walked over to Brian's bed, smiling when she saw that she was awake. "How are you? Do you feel ok?" She asked, checking something on the monitor that was hooked up to her.

"for the most part" she said looking at her new body that was covered by one of those gowns that one wears in the hospital.

"that is good know we have contacted your family just incase" the doctor said as he looked at one of the monitors.

Kira looked back up at the doctor in surprise and said, "You have? What did they say?"

The nurse smiles warmly. "That's good." She wrote something down on the clipboard she carried, then turned back to her. "You went through quite a change."

"um ya you can fix it right"she said looking up at the nurse in hope.

"well the thing is when i told them what had happened to you they turned and said that you where no daughter of theirs, im sorry" he said

The nurse shook her head slightly. "No. I'm sorry. We could do transgender, but with all the chemicals that could still be in your system, we think it would be dangerous, even fatal."

Kira stared, in a state of shock. "W-what?" She finally managed. Her parents had disowned her? That couldn't be right...

"what, what am i to do then i can't, i mean i dont know anything about being a girl" brian said panicked again not knowing what to do.

"i am sorry" the doctor said as he wrote something on his notes and turned to walk away.

The nurse looked at her sympathetically. "I'm sorry. There's just nothing we can do. Maybe you can try to get a close friend or relative to help you." She said the last part quietly, leaning in slightly. She wrote one last thing down and turned to leave.

Kira stared at the foot of the bed, slowly going out of her state of shock. A single tear escaped her eye, and she quickly wiped it away.

brian pulled her legs to her chest and rocked back and forth "what am i going to do" he said to himself then turned and saw kira wiping away a tear so she got up and went to walk over to her only to lose balance, she grabbed Kira to keep from falling.

Kira, surprised, grabbed onto her shoulders to help steady her. "Are you ok?" She asked. "Maybe it's not the best idea to be walking right now."

"um ya you may be right but i came over to see if you were ok" she said steadying herself blushing slightly

"Yeah, I'm fine. What about you?" She asked, scooting over slightly so that there was room for her to sit next to her.

"well im going to be stuck like this but at lest i have a good friend like you living with me, you know to help me adjust to my new form, i guess ill also have to think of a new name to go as i mean it would be a bit wired to be a girl with a guy's name right" she said thinking

Kira nodded. "What are you going to name yourself?" She asked, looking up at her. It was hard to believe that this girl used to be Brian.

"hmmm how about Luna?" she asked to see what kira thought of the name. she started to fidget with the gown "um another thing im going to have to buy all new clothes wont i"

Kira nods after a moment. "I like Luna. And yeah, you probably will have to buy new clothes, because your figure's changed." She said.

Luna blushed looking again at her figure. " ya" she said

The doctor came back. "You both check out, so you can leave as soon as you are ready" he said then left again.

Luna turned to Kira " um I guess we should get dressed then" she said then went to stand up

Kira looked at her, hands at the ready if she stumbled again. "Yeah, we probably should." Then she frowned. "Is our clothes even here? I don't know how they would have been affected by the chemicals..." She said, letting her voice trail off.

"Well it looks like they gave us some sweats to wear" Luna said carefully walking over to a chair in the room and held up some sweat pants and teeshirt

Kira shrugged. "I'd take sweats over jeans anyday." She said, getting up and walking over to the chair. The world still spun around her, though not nearly as bad as it had when she'd first woken up.

Luna blushed "do you want the bathroom to change or should I take it?" She asked

"You go on." Kira said, picking up the outfit that was set out for her. "I'll change in here."

"Um ok" Luna said taking the outfit and walked a little wobbly to the bathroom and closed the door. Once inside Luna swallowed and closed her eyes as she took the gown off.

Kira quickly stripped off the gown, doing a quick assesment of her body to make sure the eyes were the only physical change. Satisfied, she put on the sweats and teeshirt.

Luna took a deep breath and opened her eyes and started to look herself over finding only the body of a young woman. She was blushing as she thought of exploring her body in depth but decided it best to do that later and quickly put the sweatpants and teeshirt on, they were big on her so she pulled the draw strings to tighten the waist of the sweats. The shirt was more like a dress on her. She knocked on the door "is it ok for me to come out?" She asked

Kira looked up at the door at the sound of the knock. "Yup." She called. She walked across the room, sitting on one of the beds.

Luna Open the door and looked out. She carefully walk over to the bed and sat down next to you Kira. She fidgeted with the T-shirt

"Do you want to check out now?" Kira asked, looking down and drawing her legs up again. She wraps her arms around her knees.

"Um ya but how do we get home, the bus?" She asked

Kira shrugs, looking at her with a slight smile playing on her lips. "You got any money?" She asked.

Luna nodded, "but it's in my wallet, I just hope they can give it to me" she said getting up and making her way to the door

Kira got up to follow her, pausing for a second when the world spun around her again. Once it'd passed, she walked with her to the door.

Luna wobbled a bit and grabbed Kira's arm and walked like that to the front counter. "Um my name is Brian and I want my wallet back please" she said to the nurse behind the counter

The nurse looks at her for a moment, then types something into the computer. After a moment, she turns back to them and said, "You can't have the wallet, but you can have its contents."

Kira's gaze flitted between Luna and the nurse. Surely it wouldn't be a problem. She looks at her, waiting for her to respond.

"Why can't I have the whole thing?" Luna asked even though she had a guess

"The chemicals." The nurse said. "The wallet itself absorbed most of it, protecting the stuff inside." She got up, walking away to retrieve the money.

Kira looked at Luna, drumming her fingers on the countertop.

Luna took her money, license, and a few cards. "Kira shall we head home" she said turning and smiling at her.
