Boy oh boy - so much happened in these chapters. FINALLY Abby and Travis get together and the she BAILS... What was that? I'm still confused. I get her reasoning but don't agree. I'm glad it was quickly reconciled though... I really like Travis but I cannot handle his crazy over protective and jealous ways. How many fights did he get in these chapters? At least 4 off the top of my head... It's crazy. Lots of red flags! But that being said, I hope he can calm down and just appreciate Abby - I'm worried her father will be problematic - if it doesn't really matter in the end though, it will kind of be a pointless plot point. I like that Abby's roommate isn't afraid to talk sense either - also America and Shep. Without them, this would be a flailing hot mess. I still can't decide if I'm a fan or just entertained at the moment but I'm definitely hooked to the story and have to found out how it happens!!

It led on to a little more of her life. I wonder about Travis' mom. Where was she when we met his family? I don't think he mentioned that she'd died. I have a feeling something is going to ruin their relationship until the end of the book. I guess we will have to wait and see.

I couldn't finish the section last night so finished up this morning but I think I marked my book wrong and read more. What's up with the chapter 13 being crossed out and then skipped entirely? Is anyone else's book like that? Glad to see more of her life before. It's getting a bit crazy with the jealousy over her. Yeah they don't mention his mom at all?

Yes mine is like that too and I got confused as well. I think she might've done it as a joke since 13 is an unlucky number. She must be superstitious.
