February Book Nominations: GHOSTS

I nominate The Name of the Star, I've read it before but it was excellent. I would definitely reread it. Anna Dressed in Blood is on my TBR, so I would nominate either of them. I don't know much about the second book but it is supposed to be on the scary side.
The third book in Maureen Johnson's Shades of London series releases February 10th, so maybe this would be a chance for some who haven't yet read the first book, The Name of the Star to get started on the series?

I would love to read The Shining!
I would love to read The Shining!
How about Turn of the Screw by Henry James? I remember my English class in high school was supposed to read this, but the school year ended before we finished, so we all only got half way through.
I would love to read The Shining as well! I've been wanting to read it for a really long time, especially since I love the movie so much :)
I almost forgot but there's a Neil Gaiman book I've been dying to read for a really long time that has to do with ghosts called The Graveyard!
I suggest Heart-Shaped Box by Joe Hill because I've been enjoying Locke & Key and I like the premise of this novel

I'm going to say Paper Valentine since it is February and Valentines Day happens. It's double themed!

It's been on my list for a long time too. It's also a book that's fairly easy to access across different platforms, if anyone has trouble getting books sometimes.

I also would like to read The Graveyard Book.
I'd like to add
to the selection, it's been on my TBR for quite a while now.Graveyard Book and Paper Valentine sound good, too!
Okay, I added the books that had at least a few people interested in them and we now have 8 to vote between. I think that's a good amount.
I would love to read The Name of the Star - it's been on my shelf for AGES. The Diviners also looks interesting!

Name star seems to be my choice here too although I wouldn't mind some kind of ranked voting system (no idea how it would work) because I definitely have 2nd 3rd and 4th choices too haha
I'm going to say The Graveyard book for its popularity. It's all over bookstores and I've always wanted to read something by Neil Gaiman

Can't wait to read it. I've never read anything by Maureen Johnson before, although I've heard of her, and I'm eager to try her writing.EDIT: Of the nominees, The Haunting of Hill House is one I'll have to check out, though. Shirley Jackson's short story The Lottery is one of the best pieces of short fiction ever written.
