I will read High Fidelity, I've never seen the film either so I may plan to watch it when I have finished
Reading Yes Please. :) I've wanted to read it since it was announced, and finally got it for Christmas. I love Amy, and am finally watching Parks & Rec.
I'm excited to read What If?: Serious Scientific Answers to Absurd Hypothetical Questions by the xkcd guy for this one. Looks hilarious!

I'm savoring it and reading one or two in between other things (otherwise I probably could have used it for the book you can read in one day challenge). Not sure if I'll count it for the challenge since I read the first half in 2014, though.
I'm thinking about using My Drunk Kitchen: A Guide to Eating, Drinking, and Going with Your Gut by Hannah Heart for the funny book on PopSugar and the Self Improvement book on the BookRiot list.
BossyPants , wanted to read it since forever. FInally got a copy for myself . Anyone else love Tina Fey?

I'm just about to start 'The Humorist' by Russel Kane. He's a comedian in the UK. It's getting very mixed reviews, so wish me luck!
Yikes, The Humourist may possibly be the second worst book ever written so I've bailed. Back to the drawing board!
Twilight! Fifty shades was a terrible story but not that badly written. I did only manage the first one though.
I just ordered my bookshelf by reviews and picked one that was towards the bottom! Not sure if you can do that on your phone, I did it on my laptop.

I thought Fifty Shades was way worse than Twilight. It took the awful writing in Twilight and elevated it to a whole new level of awful, with sex scenes.
Just finished Life, the Universe and Everything for this. Not sure if it was because of my reading slump, but I didn't enjoy this as much as Hitchhiker's or Restaurant at the End of the Universe.
I just read Paddington Helps Out to the kids for this one. We are making our way through the series together after loving the movie. Id recommend these to parents to read with their children but they are still humorous as an adult too.
Completed Where'd You Go, Bernadette today; it was supposed to be funny but I did not laugh as much as I thought! Oh well; it was published as a funny book!
