Come and RP in the Hufflepuff common room

Maggie entered the common room and sat in the chair next to her brother, Holden. Maggie looked over his shoulder and read his essay.
"You spelled 'reassemble' wrong," she pointed out, and then took out her bag of candies from Honeydukes.

Maddox and Madlynn came in arguing

"Come on, the muggle movie 'Die hard' is not a Christmas movie

"mads, yes it is"

Maggie looked up from her candy and rolled her eyes.
"Twins," she and Holden muttered together.
She watched them argue for awhile before asking, "What is a movie? Is that, like, a Muggle thing?"

Madlynn looks up

"yes"

Maddox rolls his eyes

"I'm Madlynn Cross, this is Maddox Cross, my twin brother. but call me Lynn"

Maddox smiles

"And call me Maddy"

"Okay. My name is Maggie. This is my older brother Holden," Maggie replied.
Holden glanced up from his essay and quickly nodded and then turned back.
Maggie stood up. She closed up her bag of candy and stuffed them into a pocket in her robes.
"Too bad we lost the quidditch game earlier. Did you watch?"

Lynn shook her head

"no"

Maddy nodded

"yeah"

"Oh, that's cool. Did you two go to Hogsmeade?"

"I did"

Lynn says

"I didn't"

Maddy says

Maggie looked at them oddly.
They sure did act like twins Maggie thought.
Her stomach rumbled, and she quickly realized she was hungry.
"Do you want to go down to the kitchens? We could steal some sweets!"
Holden looked up and smiled at his sister.

Lynn and Maddy nodded

(Let's go there!)

Maggie motioned for them to follow and the group of three headed towards the kitchens.

The four kids burst into the common room laughing and carrying their sweets from the kitchen.

Lynn smiles while Maddy laughs

Maggie sat down in a chair and laughed as Holden tripped. His face blushed and he quickly stood up. He glanced at Lynn as if to see I she didn't see him trip.

Lynn saw holden trip, she laughed

Holden's face only grew redder. He left the group and hurried up towards the boys dormitory. Maggie turned to Lynn and said, "I think he likes you!"

Lynn smiled

Maddy sat down

(Lunch in the Great Hall?)

Maggie entered the common room and sat in a chair next to Holden, who was chewing on some gum.

Lynn and Maddy came in

Lynn was reading so she ran into a couch

"Ow!"

Maddy sat down

Holden looked up at Lynn. "You okay?"

Lynn looked up and nodded

Maggie and Maddy made eye contact. She could tell he was wondering what was going on.

Maddy shrugged

Lynn blushed

"Hi, Lynn," Holden said.

"Hi, Holden"

Lynn says

Holden stretches his arms up and yawns.
"I just woke up. Did I miss breakfast?" he asks.

Lynn nods

"Oh. That's okay. I was eating some candy. Want some?" he offered the bag to the kids.
Maggie grabbed a piece of licorice and popped it in her mouth.

Lynn shook her head

Maddy took a jelly bean

Holden stole a glance at Lynn. Maggie raised an eyebrow at him and smiled. She leaned in and whispered in his ear, "You should talk to her!"
He turned to Lynn and said, "So, what is your favorite color?"

Lynn looks at Holden

"purple"

Holden smiled. He glanced at Maggie and then said to Lynn, "Your eyes are pretty."

Lynn smiles

"Thank you"

Holden blushes, too, but he quickly covers it up with another question for Lynn. "If you weren't a Hufflepuff, the what house would you be?"
