There's Something in the Water: Environmental Racism in Indigenous & Black Communities because I have it on my shelf and I already read the first few pages. Also, it's about environmental racism and I'm always going to look for Canadian books to shout out :)

It's perhaps to late for this month, but I would like to suggest A Terrible Thing to Waste: Environmental Racism and Its Assault on the American Mind by Harriet A. Washington :DI'll add it to the reading list.
