Some examples for me are: Ramsay Bolton (Game of Thrones), Marvel (The Hunger Games), Percy Weasley (Harry Potter), and Locke (The Folk of the Air). HOW BOUT YOU GUYS???

I also Like Locke form The folk of the Air although obviously i shouldn't and The Darkling from Shadow and bone, he's completely evil but i still love him <3

Cersei Lannister from A Song Of Ice And Fire. She's just unapologetically manipulative and power-hungry. Its the no pretence "deal with it" mentality.

I love and hate Cersei simultaneously and honestly that's just a testament to how well she's written...have to say Tommen is my favorite Lannister though :)
