Lush Library discussion

. . . shaking it all about?
In the past we have made lists of the books from out tbr piles that we want to read in the coming year and I think it's a great idea to keep us motivated.

I hope as many of you as possible take part this year (even if you want to make a smaller list). I love reading the lists and seeing how everyone is getting on. Compiling my list has made me really look forward to reading this year and I can't wait to get started.

Add your name to this thread if you are taking part and start your own thread. I'll add your name to the post after this and put your progress with compiling your list:) Even if you don't intend to make a list it would be great if you state that in this thread just to see who's checking in:)

P.S. When I got a bit stuck on my list (after my ipad decided to reload the browser page again and I lost everything but the first 2 books and their descriptions of my reasons for reading) I had a look at this list link: Goodreads List: Books Everyone Should Read At Least Once
and discovered I'd read most of the top 100 so it must be half decent choices for my taste ;)

I have finished a book set at Christmas.
Reading:
Five Children and It (adapted into film)
Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone (book from childhood)
The Seafront Tearooms (maybe for book written by a female author)

Yay - Aimee. I like that link. Think I'll be combining it with my 12 + 3 by seeing if there are any I can tick off with the books from my list. Can you make a wee list on another thread for me to keep things tidy? Thanks for taking part and posting the link!

My list is done and first book is read! It was a shortish one though, I have some much, much longer ones on my list. (i did also sit up far too late reading it too)

I'll start compiling my new list over the weekend :) ... Nice to have our little group still going and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's lists x
