Hi everyone! January's book is "Yes, Chef" by Marcus Samuelsson, I will post questions about the book at the end of the week in thie Goodreads group so we can keep ourselves on track and think about the book from everyone's perspective. I look forward to reading this with you. Anyone is welcome to join the group, read and discuss!

Rob Gaston | 1 comments Has anyone started? Thanks to Sara for posting that this is available for audiobook download from the IMCPL. If it were not for this option, I don't think I could have done this one!

I have Swedish heritage and one side of my family is heavily influenced by Swedish Tradition so I am loving hearing about Samuelsson's experiences growing up.

Happy reading!

eHawk Greetings folks, I am a little late to the game on this, but I've requested the book from the library and am excited to talk about food. Was talking about Samuelsson's background and interesting food combinations with a friend earlier this month, so I'm excited about this!

Todd DiMercurio | 2 comments Hey y'all! Hope to catch some great moments here. Time flies, I see, for all of us I'm sure. I'm currently enjoying Gabriel Hamilton's "Prune" I recently finished "Blood,Bones & Butter" So I jumped out of my shoes when I saw this at the library. Two months ago I started cooking professionally after a 20 year welding career. My lifelong passion for food finally won the battle! Well, time to pass the mic!...
