Yes, but Chlorokinesis is plant control. They’re two different things. Also, rock formations count as “earth” because that’s pretty much what Earth is. A giant inhabitable space rock covered/filled with stuff

Stone; rock/minerals/precious gems/etc

earth is probably like dirt and packed soil and stuff like that, so rocks do technically apply, but stone is like granite and minerals and gems...I think?

1st year - Able to cause little fires/embers in your hands
2nd year - Heatproof
3rd year - Pyrokinesis
Water
1st year - Hold your breath underwater and make bubbles with your hands
2nd year - Able to make whirlpools
3rd year - Hydrokinesis
Grass
1st year - Able to plant and grow small flowers, plants, and shrubs
2nd year - Can summon vines and and can make photosynthesis happen at any time
3rd year - Chlorokinesis
Electricity
1st year - Can send small waves of electricity through their hands
2nd year - Is able to bend electricity
3rd year - Electrokinesis
Air
1st year - Can produce gusts of winds from their hands
2nd year - Able to fly

Light
1st Year: Able to make small balls of light kinda like flashlights
2nd Year: Able to create blinding flashes of light for up to ten seconds

Shadow
1st Year: Able to make replace small patches of light with shadow
2nd Year: Able to shadow-travel, using pieces of darkness as portals

Metal
1st Year: Can manipulate small amounts of metal
2nd Year: Can manipulate more amounts of metal and create small amounts of it (/mixing different types of metals)
3rd Year: Ferrokinesis (Limit to ONE metal only)
Stone
1st Year: Can make small rock formations
2nd Year: Can start to manipulate different types of earth substances
3rd Year: Terrakinesis
Ice
1st Year: Can freeze small areas of space (Like up to 1ft cubed)
2nd Year: Can create medium sized objects of ice and freeze small areas over
3rd Year: Cryokinesis
Mind
1st year - can hear thoughts (by choice) and can influence basic emotions on a small scale (increase anger, soothe grief)
2nd year - can influence emotions on a wider scale and can affect thoughts more
3rd year - mind manipulation
