OK, we now have a group that can contribute some interesting discussion. I'd like to suggest that foe February in honor of Black History Month we begin by reading MARCH WITH ME March with Me by Rosalie Turner
This book won the Silver IndieFab Award for Historical Fiction and was a finalist for USA Best Book Award for Multicultural Fiction, plus i
has just been launched as part of the latest Teaching Tolerance curriculum that reaches thousands of schools across the country.
The setting is the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s and is told through two protagonists, one black and one white.
I think we could come up with good questions and comments for discussions.
Please let me know if you agree - thanks!
