Am a goodreads author but not very active so I am sorry to say i just saw your query here. I, in fact, have written a book that does touch the indian occupied Kashmir issue. But it is done in a different way: through the eyes of a female. If you feel like it is a book you would like to read, please go ahead. I must make it clear, though, that the story itself is not about Kashmir but the issue is touched upon right from the start and comes up every now and then throughout the story. the name of the novel is A NOVEL and it is essentially a cozy mystery, clean romance genre.

I found a group about Kashmir but all they had were elegies of how bad Muslims were and how we Kashmiri's drove the Pandits from Kashmir. Loads and loads of bull penned into books.
Please refrain from recommending any such pro-Pandit books. I am not against a reasonably argumentative sort of book which shows the issues of both sides.
