"Ok, here's the plan Em". Evelyn said. "We will need to get up to the landing platform, but we need to start some sort of diversion so people's eyes aren't on the tower."

"On it!" Emma paused. "Do you have a problem with burning buildings?"
Evelyn stared.
"It'll be empty. Trust me, I'll get people out."
Evelyn continued to stare.
"Okay! I'm kidding. We don't actually need to create a diversion; I can just glamour the plane so that it looks like a flock of birds or something. Although mundane with the Sight and Downworlders might be able to see us, and all Avengers have the sight. I guess all we have to do is get a whole bunch of police cars close, but not too close, to the Tower. Do you have a spare car I could possibly put up in flame? Or . . ."
Emma ran into the road near the Tower, her runes glamour. The car that had about to drive into her careened to a stop, causing the car behind it to crash into it. Emma quickly grabbed the driver out of the first car, fully glamoured herself, and drew a fire rune onto the car. It burst into flames. Sirens started wailing in the distance.
"How's that for a distraction?" Emma, now unglamoured, asked Evelyn.

Evelyn looked at Emma, "Yeah, I think that might work."
The girls both took off toward the base of the tower. "Ready?" Evelyn asked. Emma nodded confidently. "I was born ready."
"Then hold on tight, this might be fast."
Evelyn put both palms facing the ground, with Emma holding on to her. With the glamour around them, Evelyn's powers lifted them off the ground with one swift motion. "Were almost there Em, just a few more feet to go." Another explosion came from the street below knocking both girls into the towers windows and inside the building.
"Come on Emma, we have to get to the Quinjet before anyone sees us." Just then they heard keys unlocking the door.

i walked in along with wanda. she stopped as she noticed the two girls. her hands blazed red, and in a calm voice she asked, "and what are you two doing here?" my neck tingled,and i reached for my axe in its dormant state,ready to activate it in case there was a fight

Emma swung out a dagger and stealthily climbed onto the rafters of the ceiling. The door swung open, and in walked the red-haired Avenger who wielded powers not unlike the djinn's, with a hero Emma had never seen before. Evelyn tightened before relaxing, preparing herself for meeting one of the djinn's creations again.
"Hey, Wanda." Evelyn said.
The girl- Wanda- cut straight to the point.
"Where is your Shadowhunter friend?"
Emma pulled out another dagger and silently leaped down behind the two enemies, putting them across their thoughts.
"Hold still, or you die. It's that simple. And remember, if you so much as flinch, I am way, way faster than you." she said simply.

"She has a point." Evelyn said staring at Wanda. "My shadow hunter friend and I are ready for fight. Just leave now and pretend you never saw us."
Wanda gave her a questioning look. "You do remember who I am right?
"Yes, and we aren't taking any chances. Sorry Wanda." Evelyn's hands formed a purple sphere and launched it at Wanda and the girl.

Emma somersaulted backwards to avoid the electricity, pulling her knives back so as to not kill anybody.
"Look, other Avengers, these guys aren't what you think. They're the creations of an evil djinn, the only known one in history, supposedly. We have to fight them so that we can get the real Avengers back!"

Evelyn didn't back down, she knew that these weren't her family, the only way to get them back was to fight. The Quinjet was her and Emma's only option, nothing would stand in her way.
"I'll say this one more time, leave now or else." Evelyn said
(Was that too much? No, they are the only thing standing in your way of the jet. But I guarantee someone will say or else what. Ha, Peter would say something like that.) she smiled sadly at the thought. Then turned to look at Emma. "I'm about to do something crazy, but I need you to help me. I don't know if it will work, but unless you have a plan right on the spot this is the only option."
Emma gave her a questioning, but intrigued look.
"Ok, we are going to need to turn that table on its side and then throw it. I don't think it will hurt them but it will pin them down long enough so we can escape and get to the jet. Unless you have a plan B, we are going with this one." Evelyn explained

i drew my ax and prepared for a fight, although i had no idea which side i was on. i had a knack for knowing when people were lying and this Emma girl seemed to be telling the truth. with a heavy sigh, i turned, drew my blaster, and shot wanda in the chest.

Emma watched as the blaster hit Wanda. Wanda wasn't phased, even though she had a smoking hole in the middle of her chest. Emma quickly grabbed a dagger from her belt and threw it. It neatly dismembered Wanda's head, leaving it in a smoking pile on the floor. Emma then slashed on a Strength rune and heaved the table onto the girl that had been with the fake Wanda. The rune glowed with power, and the table knocked the girl down, rendering her seemingly unconscious. Emma grabbed Evelyn's arm carefully and then started running towards the Quinjet.

"Well that happened quicker than expected" Evelyn replied as her and Emma raced up the staircase to the landing pad.
"Even though they seem to be on our side, I still don't trust them.......................Turn here."
As they rounded the corner it was a straight entry to the Quinjet.

Emma ran towards the entry door to the jet and scrawled an open rune on it. It swung open with a puff, and Emma dashed inside to the control panel. Suddenly, she paused.
"Ummm . . . Evie? Do you know how to fly a jet?"

Evelyn hesitated before answering "Of course I do, I've even snuck in a few joyrides with Peter and Sam on weekends." she said "It's controlled by Friday, Tony's new electronic assistant. Once we get into the air, I can put it in stealth mode and have Friday autopilot it."
Evelyn closed the door and locked it with the click of a few buttons. With in a few minutes they had the jet leaving the tower. "Ok, set the coordinates to L.A. California. I'll lead us in the right direction, then Fri, fri will pilot the rest of the way." As the plane left the platform and flew out of the city , Evelyn immediately put the plane into stealth mode. "Alright Ems, we will get there in about 3 hours and 30 minutes. It cuts off about half the time it would normally take to get there with the new turbines." Evelyn explained. "Friday, set plane on copilot. ...............Now we are on our way."

"Good. I was was worried that we wouldn't have anybody to fly the plane. What do you think of that one guy with the blaster that shot fake Wanda? Do you trust him? Do you think any of the other Avengers will believe us?"

"Other than you, I don't think I can trust anyone at this point. Even if the other Avengers didn't get captured, we have given them no reason not to trust us. Other than Tony, he didn't seem so sure of you as a shadowhunter......................... If that was even him." Evelyn added quietly. "Who knows how many of them were taken and when they were. It could of been on the last mission, sometime the night before, while they were on the streets. But what possibly could they want them for?"

i stepped out of the shadow that i had been hiding in on the bridge of the plane and said, "one, you guys are flying this thing totally wrong, and two, what the hell is going on here?"

Startled, both girls jumped up into battle positions.
" What's going on here is a guy is about to be pushed off a jet if he doesn't explain himself" Evelyn said angrily

Emma had grabbed a dagger from her weapons belt and flung it at the guy, her life catching his sleeve and pinning it to the wall of the jet.
"Look, I don't know who you are, but why are you hiding in my jet? And remember, I am not afraid to hurt you if you say the wrong thing. I fight demons for a living. And yeah, then Evie will push you off this thing. And it's not good to be pushed off of a jet flying about 7,000 feet up traveling 200mph. And with some severe injuries. Now who are you, why are you asking what's going on, and why are we flying the plane wrong."

i started chuckling, i just couldnt stop. i ripped the knife from the wall and tossed it back to her. "i wanna help you guys" the smile disappeared from my face, " these people are my friends, amd i want to know why some demon took them. and if you dont turn the pressurizer on in this ship, were all going to die of suffocation and being crushed to death by our own skin."

"Friday, turn on the pressurizer," Emma said. She then flipped over to the boy and put him in a chokehold.
"Who," she said quietly and menacingly, gritting her teeth. "Are. You. You snuck onto my ship, and now are demanding answers from someone who knows 900 ways to kill you with a butter knife. Be very, very careful. So, I will ask you again. Who are you, and what do you really want. Rather, what do you want out of helping us. And be warned, I will know if you lie."

I grunted as my airway got cut off and coughed out, "I want to help because their my friends. Why is that so surprising? Or do you just assume that everybody from space is a bounty hunter that wants something out of everything? How biased is that? Also, i can help. I have a better ship that can get us where were going better. And i have a crew, and to as for your first question, I'm Frey Collins, pleasure meet ya."

Evelyn gave him a skeptical look. "How do we know your not lying "Fred Collins". She said in a mocking tone, then turned to Emma. "Are we really going to trust this guy, I mean look at him. I doubt he even knows really anything about the Avengers, much less S.H.I.E.L.D."

I sighed and double tapped my palm. My body disintegrated and re materialized on the ship hovering right above the one i had just been on. I said to Jasper, "Took ya long enough"
Jasper laughed and said, "you know i enjoy seeing you sweat."
"Rach, turn the beam on."
Rach nodded, "Beam on Frey. They're helpless."
I watched as a warm green light enveloped the much smaller ship. "Put them in the docking bay," i ordered picking up Root, who was reaching his tiny arms out to me, "I'm Going to help them."

"They've put us in a tractor beam!" Emma shouted in frustration. Evelyn looked sideways at her.
"What?" Emma said. "I Simon's really awesome, and I like hanging out with him. He introduced me to Star Trek. It's pretty much like that, right? Anyways, we're getting out. There is no way we are letting Frey Collins ruin our plans. Our ship should be must stronger than his. Friday, get us out of that beam, now!"
"Okay. Engaging in evasive maneuvers*."
The ship made a series of jagged motions, then launched forward at more speed than Emma could have ever thought possible.
"Friday, what's the status of their ship?" Emma asked.
"They are approximately 30 miles behind us, but closing fast."
"Friday, get this ship to LAX as fast as possible!"
"Okay."
The ship again zoomed forward.
"I'm glad we got rid of him. He seemed more trouble than he was worth." Emma said to Evelyn.
(*IRL I don't know what to call getting out of a tractor beam and I sadly am a Star Trek TNG nerd :))

"Friday, boost up the power to Mach 2.1" Evelyn said "It's the top speed and should be fast enough to get away from them......I hope."
With a massive force, the ship launched forward, pining both girls to the back of there seats. "Only 100 miles from destination." Friday announced
"We should land somewhere outside the city, so we don't draw attention. Even though we are in stealth mode............I don't want to chance it." Evelyn said

((Fun fact getting out of a tractor beam is called a beam drop, and who ISNT a TNG nerd. only noobs))

I sighed and said to Rach, "We at least got the tracker on their ship right?"
Rach smirked, "Who do you think i am? Its going to LAX."
I turned to Jasper and he said "The jump is going to be rickety, but we can do it with minimal damage."
Flame's furry face filled the engineering rooms video screen, "All buckled in down here Frey!"
I strapped into my seat and quickly buckled Root into his tiny cup holder seat. He looked at me and said, "I am Root."
I sighed, "Yeah little buddy, i DON'T know what I've gotten myself into, but i want to help the avengers if they're in trouble.
I turned to Larin and she said, "Jumping now Frey."
The ship rattled and light bent around us as we jumped.

(since Emma and Evelyn are basically in L.A we are going to move the RP there)

(Oki Doki thanks for the heads up! Did you mean the LA airport or do you want me to make a new thread for just the general city of LA?)

(No it's okay! It's fun adding that new element to our roleplay that wasn't therefore. I guess I'll just try to pick up where we left off.)

I slowly eased the ship down onto the landing pad. I flicked a few switches, and the landing gear lowered. The ship settled gently on top of the pad, and I turned the engine off. I called, "Were here!"

(Okay! Let's start!)
Emma watched as the ship landed on the top of the Avengers Tower. Finally, she was meeting the real Avengers. Maybe the Clave would get together with them. She looked at Evelyn, who was looking really nervous.

(Also guys I just joined the Army so yeah! Maybe we could RP there too. My character is Primrose Delverton, army name Lady Midnight.)

(NO WAY!! I'm part of that group too!! My character is Kayln Hawk...I need help on a army name though😂)

"Are you sure we should be back here Em? I think we should give it a few more days, or weeks. Ooh here's an idea, what about we come back when I'm 21." Evelyn said. "Who am I kidding, you won't let me leave even if I wanted to." she said with a half smile. Knowing Emma wanted to be here gave her reassurance.

(AWESOME!!!! I’d be happy to help with your army name. My character’s name is Lady Midnight because she’s secretly an assassin/spy, but nobody knows it. She does her thing right as the clock strikes 12.)

“You’re right. I wouldn’t.”
Emma grabbed Evie’s arm and dragged her off of the ship. “Come on!”

I walked off the ship and looked around. I had only been here once before, when Quill had brought me here. I walked over to the elevators and gestured for the others to follow.

Evelyn followed Frey to the elevator.
"Have you ever been to the tower before? Evelyn asked

"I don't think he has," Emma said. He's more of a space guy, right, Frey?"
