in my opinion catching fire was the best book-to-movie adaptation i have ever seen. harry potter comes really close tho
Yes!! Catching fire and mockingjay part 1 are chef’s kiss. Also the princess bride and Matilda are FANTASTIC
Agree w/ you on The Princess Bride & Matilda! We watched The Princess Bride in French Class with french subtitles lol.I think that Love, Simon was a really good movie adaption along with The Outsiders and To All The Boys I've Loved Before!
i remember watching mathilda years ago after i finished the book, but i don't really remember what i thought about it
Harry Potter, everything just everything. Though some things I wish were in the movies but I'm just glad we got what we got.The Hunger Games, yes there were some things that weren't in the book but that's what made it even better because it gave more too the story and world of Hunger Games that was beyond Katniss's POV and made a little more sense.
Maze Runner, though not everything was true but it made it better. Stand true in a lot of areas and added some things but still fit with the overall story line and I loved it.
Vampire Academy was good, I loved it but the marketing department did a horrible job to give this movie justice.
I liked the adaptions of The Wizard of Oz, Little Women, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, Marry Poppins, The Chronicles of Narnia, Matilda, Alice in Wonderland, The BFG, City of Ember, Fallen, How To Train Your Dragon, Inkheart, The Tale of Despereaux, and A Wrinkle in Time.
I watched the movie To All the Boys I've loved Before but didn't really enjoy it... is the book different/better or pretty much the same?
I’m not really far in the book yet, but I actually like the After movie. I mean it’s different than the book, but in my opinion not in a bad way!! :)
