This is a book which is very well known and has won awards and so I was wondering,
What were your first impressions of this book?

It's great in every way possible. Great plot, character design, unconventional ending. I just loved the book.

I had to read it for English, To be honest, I didn't really enjoy it. Some parts were boring, some were gross, and honestly I just didn't really love reading it. The ending was unexpected, but I feel like it just destroyed everything he'd been fighting for the whole story. And I don't really like Winston.

i read it last year, and am currently reading it again for english. it's amazing.

ummm, my dad kinda forced me, and (sorry) i didn't like it...
