Michael Brooks (Michael Jamal Brooks, b. 1983-08-13, d. 2020-07-20) currently has data mixed up with the seemingly generic Michael Brooks. This Michael Brooks wrote both The Buddha’s Playbook (correctly assigned, no editing needed) and Against the Web (wrong author, needs moving). AFAIK he didn’t get to publish any other books, even if he had more planned. :(

Not sure if any Librarians can maybe add some of the other information about him too.

I'm sorry to hear of this tragic loss. I have updated the profile with information from Wikipedia and moved the books to it.
