SCPL Teens discussion

** spoiler alert ** This book was a little disappointing considering the awesome ending of Variant and all the suspense we were left to grapple with. Benson finally figures out that students sent to detention are implanted with a device to control the robots at the school. The students consider Benson super valuable because he can get close to the borders of the school without his implant throbbing. The entire book is mostly "Iceman" (The principle of the school) looking for Benson while he is plotting an escape. In the end, Benson kills Iceman and the students appear to be free, but I got extremely confused at the ending and was not quite sure what happened. I guess the reader gets to infer/decide for themselves? Overall, still a good book, and worth the read if you read Variant.
